IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE AUDIO INPUT

When using VerbumOnSite, it's important to consider the microphone setup on your computer, similar to how you would for a videoconference. You can utilize your laptop's built-in microphone; however, this means that VerbumOnSite will capture all sounds in the room, not just the speakers.

To ensure that VerbumOnSite only picks up the audio from the speakers, you will need to use a Digital Audio Interface Device. This device should be connected to the venue's Microphone Console and then linked via USB to your computer.

This setup allows you to select the appropriate audio source in the Audio In Box on the VerbumOnSite menu. Typically, the A/V support team at your event can provide these devices if you request them in advance.

While this step is not required, it is strongly advised to ensure the most precise and enjoyable experience for all event attendees.
