Why I am not getting captions or audio?

If you do not see subtitles or hear the translation, follow these recommendations:

  • Ensure that you are connected to the Internet.

  • Make sure your device is not in power-saving mode or asleep.

  • Verify that you have connected to the correct event code and scan it again if necessary.

  • Remember that if the event host has not started yet, the speaker is not speaking, or their microphone is muted, subtitles will not appear until they begin speaking.

  • If you are using an iPhone, check that the audio button on the left side is activated.
