If you do not see subtitles or hear the translation, follow these recommendations:

Ensure that you are connected to the Internet.

Make sure your device is not in power-saving mode or asleep.

Verify that you have connected to the correct event code and scan it again if necessary.

Remember that if the event host has not started yet, the speaker is not speaking, or their microphone is muted, subtitles will not appear until they begin speaking.

If you are using an iPhone, check that the audio button on the left side is activated.
